This is one of the worst things adoptees can witness. Its like a train wreck that you know is going to happen. You watch, you give fair warning, yet the driver keeps plowing ahead.
The most bizarre thing is that once the driver recovers and realizes what the fuck she did, all we can do is sit there and silently say "I told you so."
It hurts knowing that in a few days that baby will be another victim. You tried. You can sleep with a clean conscience.
